What type of Yoga is this?

The type of Yoga that Eimear practices and teaches can be classified as "Hatha Yoga". Hatha primarily focuses on the physical aspect of Yoga incorporating some breathing techniques and meditation practices. Eimear draws inspiration from many branches of Hatha including Iyenger, Vinyasa Flow and Anusara. She also draws on Power Yoga and Core Yoga techniques in her Yoga For fitness classes.
